Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website and the services provided by Nationwide Corporate Services, Inc.

Our services

Nationwide Corporate Services, Inc. ("Nationwide," "we," "us") provides business formation, registered agent, EIN, and corporate compliance and filing services to customers throughout the United States. By using this website or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Nationwide is not a law firm and does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. Nothing on this website or provided by Nationwide is a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney, accountant, or other qualified professional. You should consult a qualified professional regarding the legal, tax, and business consequences of forming or maintaining an entity.

Formation pricing

The initial formation of a limited liability company or corporation is $495 plus applicable state filing fees. Formation includes Nationwide registered agent service, EIN service when needed, and a physical company Record Book appropriate to your entity.

Beginning the following year, ongoing company maintenance is $495 plus applicable state fees. Government fees are separate from Nationwide's service fee and are set by the relevant state agency. Government fees may change, and the total amount you pay reflects the fees in effect at the time of filing.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information when requesting our services. Nationwide may rely on the information you supply when preparing and submitting filings on your behalf. Inaccurate, incomplete, or untimely information may affect the acceptance, timing, or outcome of a filing.

You are responsible for ensuring that the formation and maintenance of your entity comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and tax requirements, including any requirements specific to your industry, jurisdiction, or personal circumstances.

Government filings

Government filing fees, processing times, and requirements are established by state and federal agencies and are outside Nationwide's control. Processing times depend on the government agency and may vary. Acceptance of a filing by a government agency is not a guarantee of any particular legal, tax, or business outcome.

If the verified state filing fee for a selected state and entity type cannot be determined at the time of checkout, we will not charge you until the state filing cost is confirmed. In that case, your intake will be preserved and an order will be flagged for review by our staff.

Payment

Payment for services is processed through our third-party payment provider. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the applicable service fees and state filing fees through that provider. The total amount due is presented before payment and is calculated by Nationwide from the applicable state filing requirements.

Cancellations and refunds

If you need to cancel an order or request a refund, please contact Nationwide as soon as possible. Refund eligibility may depend on the status of your order, the work already performed, and any government fees already paid or filings already submitted. Government fees that have already been paid to a state agency may not be recoverable.

We will review each cancellation or refund request promptly and communicate any refund or adjustment based on the circumstances of your order. For questions about a cancellation or refund, please contact us using the information below.
